New British soft drink brand Toby & Co. has launched its debut expression, The Green One, positioned as a functional, botanical alternative within the no-and-low space.

Created by drinks specialist Tobias Gorn, the blend combines English garden botanicals with Alpine and Mediterranean herbs, alongside green tea extract, L-Theanine and a selection of nootropic ingredients. Designed to offer a subtly complex, tea-like profile with a herbal finish, it aims to support hydration and focus without added sugar or artificial sweeteners.
